My philosophy on health is basically summed up by the phrase above. Eat for wellness, not for weight loss. When we eat and cook for wellness, a natural and healthy weight usually follows. So many people focus on loosing weight and don't pay enough attention to the how. How we loose weight is extremely important, it affects the way we look and feel about ourselves. I prefer to focus on individuals to figure out what health is for them, and we can decide what plan is best from there.  Goal - Changing the way we look at health will help us focus on ourselves, inside and out. 28 Day Increase is a program I created to focus on increasing healthy items and activities. In this program you assess where you are in these aspects (water intake, fruit and veggie consumption, activity level, and mindfulness). This program meets you where you already are, and you focus on adding more of these items every day. The program lasts for 28 days (or 4 weeks) and has 4 levels which last one week each.
