Week Two Evaluation

We are about to enter week two!! YAY! It is time to assess how we are doing with our goals. If you are doing great, increase them! If you are struggling, make a plan or adjust your expectations. It is okay not to make your goals. It is hard to make a plan and execute it every day on a consistent basis. That is why we are here to re-evaluate. So, if you are rocking the fruits and veggies, but lacking in the movement and ME time, increase what you are rocking, and try to get the movement and ME time in. 3-5 minutes of movement and ME time is better than nothing! 

Assess where you are, make a plan for how you will success this week, and just focus on improving where you are right now! Assess - Plan - Improve

If all is going well, we are going to increase everything which is what you see in the picture. You will also notice the 1 complete shake and take your juice plus is on there. Many of you are not currently taking Juice Plus shakes or capsules/gummies. That's okay! As we increase, you will want to be taking a shake and I highly recommend the Juice Plus ones, they are plant based and are a great source of extra protein and fiber. I will be writing a post specifically about the shakes and capsules/gummies. If you are finding it hard to stay on track and increase your fruit and veggie intake (we should all be getting 7-13 servings A DAY) then I would definitely recommend considering these bad boys.
