10 Day Shred
I am so excited to move into the 10 Day Shred right after the 28 Day Increase. Although the 28 Day Increase is rough towards the end, it really helps instil some good habits to have while entering the 10 Day Shred.
I have done the shred before, but I have never agreed to eliminate gluten unless you are gluten intolerant or sensitive, so I look forward to actually doing all of these things this time!
With all of the support that is available for this program, I am confident I can do it.
