Smoothies are a great way to add more nutrients into your everyday life. Their quick, easy, and delicious. The only annoying things is probably washing the blender once you're finished. (Trust me, you are going to want to clean that bad boy right away! That's the easiest and quickest time to wash it).

It isn't sold in stores, but I believe it to be the best protein powder available based on the ingredients and research done on the quality of the products of this company.
