Fruity Morning Smoothie
In the picture above we doubled the recipe as we were making two shakes.
When picking a Protein Powder it is important to know what you are looking for and why. For me it is important to have a nutrition label (not a supplement label), plant based (as I am a vegetarian, and the proper amount of protein and fiber I am looking for. This amount will vary from person to person depending on what you are wanting out of your smoothie/protein powder. Fruity Morning Smoothie Recipe:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cutie - Clementine
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 8 ounces liquid (Pineapple Juice in this picture)
- 1 Scoop Juice Plus Complete Powder (or your choice of Protein Powder)
- Additional things you could add: Chia Seeds(1 tablespoon), blueberries, blackberries, or greek yogurt.
