Waiting on the days of bike rides and sunshine

Over the weekend I took a little break from Yoga. I have wrist problems sometimes when putting to much pressure on them. Instead, I continued my spiritual journey by evaluating my (and my spouses) closet. We have moved all of our non-work clothing into a separate closet so when we pick something out it will move back into our everyday closet. This helped eliminate clutter in our everyday closet, which is refreshing. 

This move has made us more aware of what we have, what we wear, and what we've had for years but never give a second thought. The goal is to purge ourselves of the items that take up space.

With that, we moved our summer clothing into totes to store under our bed. That way once summer or spring rolls around we will move our winter things into the totes. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I have the follow through for this. 

I started back up with the Yoga yesterday, that was exciting and intense. I cannot tell if I jumped a few videos or am just really behind in my practice. Thankfully Adriene usually does a fantastic job of giving me alternatives stretches/moves because I am far from flexible nor am I very muscular. So, I like to keep it nice and thoughtful. As Adriene says, "Find what feels good."
