Homemade Tortillas

Hello Again! I hope you are excited to make some homemade tortillas! Its quick, kind of painless, and can be a money saver! 

Ingredients:
3 cups King Arthur All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3/4 cup Cold Water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
1) Mix ingredients together
2) roll into golf balls size balls (slightly bigger for larger tortillas, slightly smaller for smaller tortillas) 
3) Dust clean surface with flour.
4) roll balls out into the tortilla shape you prefer (this can take a bit of practice and can be a little frustrating)  
5) Cook on cast iron skillet (medium heat) until bubbles, flip to cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
