Overnight Oatmeal

Overnight Oatmeal

To make overnight oatmeal, you will need one 8oz jar per person/serving… and all of the ingredients listed below:

¼ cup rolled oats (we use organic)
¼ cup Greek plain yogurt
½ teaspoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup milk (we use Almond or Coconut)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Jam – to taste (roughly a teaspoon)
Honey – to taste Stir ingredients!
Berries to fill the jar

Put ingredients into the 8oz jar (it doesn’t matter what order, but we found the order listed above works best). Before adding the berries, we recommend stirring everything. Then add the berries, put the lid on tightly, and SHAKE! 

Your delicious oatmeal will sit overnight and be ready to go in the morning! Don’t worry, if you don’t get to eating it right away, it lasts for a few days (four) in the fridge.  Enjoy!
